MEET The Team

Melissa is a 2nd Generation Realtor with huge volume experience which she brings to the Realtors she mentors and works with. 

Melissa started in Real Estate after her mom passed away in 2009.  Her intention was to learn more of the business and carry forward her legacy. Not having her mom to learn from Melissa was part of two Top Producing teams for 5 years when she started to get volume experience and learn from some of the best in the industry – touch more deals and get better faster. 

In her first year she was chosen to take a Real Estate Mastery Course as a standout rookie. She was mentored by an incredible business coach which gave her many of the skills she uses today. One of the many Coaches she has had in her career. 

Each team she was on gave her tools that she has formed a baseline of her business to create a career based on relationships and good processes in Real Estate and changing the stigma of the industry and how the public views it. Melissa has done hundreds of transactions and is 90 percent repeat and referral and a Top Agent as well

Melissa brings a vast education and Real Estate background. She has had Real Estate coaches, non-Real Estate Coaching for business and taken every type of Real Estate course possible to ensure she stays current and is always growing and learning more to share with agents. 

Melissa has spent years learning about connecting with people and mentoring Realtors in the Industry. As an Instructor at the Calgary Real Estate Board and part time Manager in her previous role at her brokerage and now her Role as Agent Success Manager and Facilitator and Designer of the New Agent Training program, plus being a Top Producing Realtor, mentoring individual agents and still finding time to develop herself…she is someone who truly cares about culture and helping agents develop and do better. 

Melissa has won many awards but truly feels that the biggest award is someone growing their business because of her.

Melissa has a love for Real Estate. She is an experienced agent with hundreds of transactions under her belt. If you call her - you will get her....not anyone else unless she is away (which is not often or lengthy). She has a wealth of knowledge about Residential and Rural Real Estate in Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, Okotoks and rural areas outside of Calgary. She teaches Real Estate at the Calgary Real estate board and mentors at her brokerage CIR.

Jill is an integral part of the Melissa McRae Real Estate Team. She works behind the scenes communicating with clients and coordinating listings and showings and anything that the team needs. Jill is amazing and we love her!

Derek has over 25 years of construction experience which helps him understand the workings of a home and all of the issues you may encounter. He offers a 90n day warranty from the day of inspection, thermal imaging, and full report for all inspections which gives a full in depth window to the home that you are going to purchase.
